After recent renovations Leonda is now a sophisticated venue with fantastic facilities. The floor-to-ceiling windows in both function rooms give a beautiful view onto the Yarra and the walk from the courtyard to the Yarra is fantastic for shoots and they can organize a boat ride up the river. Serendipity Photography are happy to recommend this, especially at night when the lights on the water produce some fantastic wedding photography.
Inside Leonda is simple and chic, featuring a glamourous marble bar overlooking the ballroom. It even has a bridal suite near the entrance for outfit changes on site. They can hold ceremonies with approximately a hundred guests in their courtyard on the Yarra.
Overall Leonda feels open and light with the massive windows, the white ceiling helps with good lighting for wedding photography and the location makes it prefect for a chic, urban wedding with soft, natural touches.
