We were very thrilled with the photography at Serendipity—we love the shapes and colors and the very dramatic photos. The results are very professional. We thought the photography was very imaginative especially the photos at gate of St. Kilda Botanic garden. We love the use of light and shadow. Our photographer was very skilled and the shots are wonderful. We chose Serendipity because their albums looked so good and are finished very well. Our wedding photography is quite wonderful, we like the creativity and the cute details and all the casual pictures of our guests!

Our video from Serendipity was very competent and we hardly noticed him at all. The service was very smooth with no hiccups on the day, Serendipity really understood our needs for plenty of family photography and reception coverage because of our large European family. Our videographer shoot plenty of footage at the reception because really pleased us, overall we would have to say the video service was excellent.
