Our album from Serendipity is elegant and contemporary, with strong and dramatic images. It is very glamorous, particularly the pictures in the hotel. We appreciate the strong differences between the pages, and the variety of themes that come together to tell a story of our day which feels real—with a beginning, middle and end.
The shots at Labassa are absolutely brilliant, there colours are strong and there is great contrast. Absolutely adore all the sepias at there, with such rich colours, extremely romantic, and the bridal portraits are really glamorous. You've just caught me looking fantastic. They're so dark and moody, especially those Goya shots on the floor. I can see that you've created wonderful artworks for us.
The album has a real sense of passion and flare. The shots at St. Kilda are quite different with strong reds, and cool blues of the window. And we love the shots through the glass, even though it was raining, they look fantastic. The photos of the bridesmaids are warm and wonderful. The shots of the guys at home are very moody and fantastic; we love the cigar pictures. I thought the family shots are lovely too, they were very emotional. I love the way Serendipity puts albums together, there's so much energy and emotion in our dancing, it's just fantastic! I just love the backlit shots of the veils, and the paparazzi spread is very cool.
Overall, Serendipity's album is very comprehensive, and there are all sorts of moments that we didn't expect. Julian's creativity is unsurpassed! The photos are just gorgeous. There's such a huge range of moods from fresh and sharp to extremely dramatic. The album is absolutely amazing, beyond what we thought, we can see that you've worked your magic to make perfect colour and tones.
