One of the first things that struck us about our album were the stunning, amazing skies. We love the beautiful lighting and colours in our album, especially the sunset panorama which is quite incredible, with splendid rays of light. Another favourite thing is our reception paparazzi spread, which had so many pictures of our guests and gives a really feeling of the event. In fact, looking at all of these photographs will give everyone a real sense of belonging to our day. Our ceremony paparazzi spread was also great, we love the composition of the page, with the rows of small images balancing the large photographs. In fact, our album design is just what we asked for, a little on the conservative, subtle side—elegant—and letting the pictures speak for themselves. The colours and balance in the design are great.
We were blown away by the quantity of large, clear photographs in our album, which impart so much impact. Serendipity has captured the best skies we have ever seen. Our album has such a good mix of small and large photos; the entire album feels precisely put together, tailored to our needs. The colours in the album are just right for us; many soft aquas and blues, the dramatic skies, the subtle pink and sepia tones, which were perfect for bringing out the bridal dress details, and worked so well with Cara's father's paintings in the bridal portraits.
We loved the curves of the parasol which were captured so well -- it's such a great accessory. Our favourites were the beach shots, with their beautiful skies; there were so many lovely sequences, we all look like we're having a great time. Also, the roses at Morning Star were gorgeous, and Serendipity's use of the warm light brought out their pinks and reds so well. We are thrilled that there are just so many wonderful photos!
